As many people have heard the latest update in Super Mario Odessey involves an add on that involves a new hide and seek mode after completing the main story within the game. The cool thing about this new addition is that Luigi finally makes an appearance in Super Mario Odessey. However, there are many who probably expected Luigi to have a bigger role within the game itself.

The idea of not having Luigi apart of the main story for Super Mario Odessey is one that is questionable. But on the other hand in terms of single player gameplay Super Mario Odessey is really no different from past titles in series such as Super Mario 64. Both Super Mario 64 and and Super Mario Odessey has been very successful since their releases where players are only allowed to play as Mario. Even though, Luigi is not a playable character in the Super Mario Odessey there are still many people who are happy that he was at least included in the game at all.
