The Harvest Moon series has been around since the mid 90’s when the very first game made its debut on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. While we got to experience the farm simulation series in both 2D and 3D there are some people who wonder what it would be like to have a virtual reality Harvest Moon title in the future. The idea of having a farm simulation game in first person utilizing a virtual reality headset sound amazing. Not only would having a virtual reality Harvest Moon game would be fun but it could also prove to be educational for both kids and adults in terms of how to build a farm while planting crops.

As of right now the latest game in the series Harvest Moon Light of Hope has been getting a lot of attention in the gaming world especially considering the fact that it was made available on Steam during November 2017. Considering the fact that Harvest Moon Light of Hope is new it seems unlikely that we will see a Harvest Moon game with virtual reality gameplay anytime in the near future. However, the idea of having a Harvest Moon game with virtual reality gameplay sounds very interesting.
