As it currently stands the Xbox One X is currently priced around $499. However, when it comes down to the Xbox One S the average price for the last gen game console ranges between $229-$280.  While the Xbox One S only has between 500 GB and 2TB the Xbox One X includes at least 1TB of storage space and has amazing 4K visuals.

Many electronic stores that sell video games such as Best Buy, Walmart, GameStop will have special deals on just about every console you can think of.  But since the Xbox One X is backwards compatible with with older generation games like Xbox One it would probably make more since to buy a Xbox One S.  while the Xbox One X is arguably more superior than the PS4 in quality the PS4 as far more games overall.
