It has recently been reported that Super Mario Odyssey has sold over 2 million units worldwide within days of its release.  The most impressive detail is that over one million of those units sold were in America.  Super Mario Odyssey is a title that the gaming world has been waiting to see since 2016 and has exceeded the expectations of many critics in terms of delivery.

With the amount of success that Super Mario Odyssey has received within a week following it release one can only imagine how much the game will sell in a year.  The fact that Super Mario Odyssey is the fastest selling game in the United States is not surprising considering especially considering the fact that the Nintendo Switch is arguably the fastest selling console of 2017.
