When it comes down to classic games for the N64 Harvest Moon 64 was an unforgettable simulation game that was developed by Victor Interactive Software and published by Natsume prior to its release in 1999.  Harvest Moon 64 is unlike any other title for the N64 mainly because of the fact that we did not see too many simulation based genre titles for that console.

Harvest Moon 64 gives the player the opportunity to restore an old farm that they inherit from their grandfather while receiving the tools to do so.  Throughout, the Harvest Moon 64 players can partake in various side quests along with planting and growing different crops.  Along with the 3D graphics some might argue that Harvest Moon 64 is more realistic given the limited amount of time players are given to complete different tasks within a day opposed to its predecessor for the SNES.  Without a doubt Harvest Moon 64 was considered a gem for the N64 for those who owned since it was hard to come by in game stores back then.
