Ever since the original Destiny game was developed by Bungie and released for various consoles including PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and the Xbox One in September 2014 it has been known to be one of the most popular role playing first person shooters of the 10’s.  Shortly, after the original Destiny game was released it had managed to generate over $300 in in revenue within its first week.

Since the original Destiny game was released it managed to sell over close to six million units worldwide for the PS4.  For the Xbox One Destiny has managed to sell at least 3 million units worldwide which is impressive.  While the original Destiny game was criticized by others for its story the developers for this game are determined to make the storytelling elements of Destiny 2 better.  Seeing the direct sequel of a high profile shooter title like Destiny with 4K visuals sounds like something that many people will be anxious to see in the future.
