Ever since the Nintendo Switch became available in retail stores worldwide many people have been impressed by a variety of features this console has to offer.  The Joy Cons for the Switch is just another example of how Nintendo finds new ways to reinvent themselves through their products.  This wireless device offers a more unique gaming experience to players similar to how the Nintendo Wii did when it was first released in the mid 00’s.  The question on whether or not the Joy Cons for the Nintendo Switch is too expensive or not really depends on what the customers themselves think.  As of right now the Joy Cons for the Nintendo Switch average round $80 while the Switch console itself over $300.  Some might argue that $80 dollars for the Nintendo Switch Joy Cons may be a little too expensive.

When the PlayStation 4 controllers were released a few years ago they averaged around $60 and since then have dropped down to approximately $45 on average.  One also must look at the pricing of the Xbox One controllers following its release. The Xbox One controllers had originally averaged to approximately $70 following its release.  When the Xbox One was first released a few years back was worth over $400.  Since the Nintendo Switch cost less than the Xbox One or the PlayStation 4 it would probably make sense that its accessories an expensive.  The price that people would have to pay for the Nintendo Switch along with its accessories seems like its worth the money since its probably the only hybrid home console available in the gaming market right now.
