   I understand that Microsoft’s top management have all the power over the Team Xbox executives and their decisions don’t necessarily reflect what we gamers and the game developers think or believe in. The loss of jobs is clearly tragic but it is also an opportunity to get rid of sub-par workers and the woke activists among employees who abused company resources. Xbox game studios with leaner work forces will have to focus on making higher quality games and aim high to meet Microsoft’s sales targets per game.
