It seems like what was once considered old is new again and the same thing can be said with the Rugrats series. It has recently been discovered that a Rugrats NES game that was released around 30 years ago on the NES will be released in America sometime in the near future. The Rugrats NES game that came out around four decades ago was entitled Rugrats: Adventures in Gameland which was a title that remained exclusively in Japan following its initial release. This retro 8-bit Rugrats game will feature both single-player and co-op gameplay and will be re-released on PC while giving players the option to change to graphics of the game to HD giving it a more modern hand drawn look. Players will be able to control popular characters from the Rugrats series in this upcoming game such as Tommy, Chuckie and Phil and Lil and will also feature cameos from other characters such as Angelia Pickles and Cynthia. Rugrats: Adventures in Gameland is a platform game that could definitely appeal to the casual audience of gamers especially considering the fact that the cartoon series is known worldwide by many people.
