Diablo IV is currently one of the hottest video games in the market right now and critics have nothing but good things to say about it. There are many people who praise Diablo IV for its darker tone compared to its 2012 predecessor Diablo III along with its fast-paced gameplay. Also, the open world exploration and character customization features in Diablo IV has left players more than satisfied what Blizzard Entertainment brought to the table in this entry. It has been recently reported that Blizzard Entertainment has already made at least $666 million from Diablo IV within its first week. There is no question that Diablo IV will eventually surpass $1 billion in revenue earnings before the end of 2023. While the inclusion of micro-transactions in Diablo IV was subjected to minor criticism from the online gaming community it did not significantly bring down the over quality of the game itself. There is no question that eventually we are going to get expansion backs for Diablo IV within the next few years or so. The question is how much revenue will Diablo IV bring in for Blizzard Entertainment before the end of the 2020’s decade.
