Everyone is excited about the upcoming Mortal Kombat 1 game which is set to be released this upcoming Fall on September 19th. In relation to news concerning the new Mortal Kombat 1 game we have recently learned new info about the upcoming fighting game regarding its gameplay features. Warner Bros. Games and. NetherRealm Studios had provided us with a brand new gameplay trailer giving us an idea on what to expect in Mortal Kombat 1. Based on what we have seen Mortal Kombat 1 will feature the return of several recurring characters from the series including Sonya Blade, Sub-Zero, Kano, Kenshi, Jax, Kitana, Milenna and Johnny Cage. It should also be noted that Liu Kang is pretty much a fire god in the new Mortal Kombat 1 game while Raiden appears to be a mortal with lightning power. One of the biggest takeaways from the new Mortal Kombat 1 trailer was the inclusion of character assists during battles. The combos, ground bounces and graphics were all strong positives in Mortal Kombat 1 but it would have been great if NetherRealm Studios had included tag-team gameplay. The entire roster of characters along with the actual storyline for Mortal Kombat 1 has yet to be revealed but everything that we have seen thus far look magnificent. Mortal Kombat 1 is expected to appear on multiple gaming platforms including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Microsoft Windows and Nintendo Switch in Fall 2023.
