When it comes down to the Mortal Kombat series it’s seems like the fourth installment in the set is the one that does not get talked about as much.  Even though, MK 4 was a smash hit in arcade centers in countries such as America and Japan it seems like the game is not seen in the same light as the first three Mortal Kombat titles.  

In fact it seems like Mortal Kombat 4 has not received any remakes or re-releases since the 90’s which is actually interesting.  Mortal Kombat 4 was the first 3D title in the series and it had so much to offer in terms of gameplay, storyline along with the addition of new characters and bosses that made the game itself more exciting.  Even though, many people loved the game and feels that it’s anything but underrated it’s definitely one of those classics that deserved more attention than it actually gets.
