When Sonic Colors was released for the Nintendo Wii back in 2010 many people were impressed by the story, gameplay and the graphics of this title.  In fact, some might say that Sonic Colors was probably on of the best Wii games of the early 10’s.  Since its release Sonic Colors had managed to sell close to 2 million units worldwide for the Nintendo Wii.

The fact that Sonic Colors was exclusively for the Nintendo Wii and the Nintendo DS was probably one of the main reasons why it was a success.  If Sonic Colors was released for the PS4 or the Xbox 360 the game would probably would have had less value since it would have been much easier to obtain.  Sonic Colors was one of those games that people would love to see a direct sequel for but considering the fact that the Wii console was discounted a while back it seems unlikely that it  will ever happen.
