Phantasy Star Online 2 has been out since the summer of 2012.  However, since its release Phantasy Star Online 2 has remained exclusive to Japan along with being included for game consoles such as the PS4 and the PlayStation Vita.  As legendary as the Phantasy Star series is is not quite as popular as it was during the 90’s.   Having Phantasy Star Online 2 on the PS4 almost guarantees that the game will be overlooked by countless ROG and shooter titles of the 10’s.

Since the Nintendo is more family with games like Mario, Zelda, Fire Emblem, Sonic and others it would make more sense to have the Phantasy Star series to Nintendo based consoles.  As of right now Splatoon 2 is one of the main games that people can enjoy with the Nintendo Switch online app.  Bringing a household Sega name like Phantasy Star Online 2 would definitely turn the heads of people who are long time fans of the series in general.
