As of right now Fire Emblem Warriors is expected to be released sometime in 2017 for the Nintendo Switch.  Fire Emblem Warriors is a game Intelligent Systems is working on with other video game developers including Team Ninja and the Omega Force and is expected to be one of the action based games for the Nintendo Switch.  However, there are some who feel that Fire Emblem Fates is a game that deserves to be ported for the Nintendo Switch.

As we know there were three different versions of Fire Emblem Fates including Conquest, Birthright and Revelation.  If Dire Emblem Fates was ever to be ported for the Switch console it would be hard to choose which version would be best.  Since Fire Emblem Fates was first released back in 2015 the game has managed to sell over one million units worldwide and has managed to be one of the most popular JRPG titles between 2015-2016.  However, the idea  having the game ported for the Nintendo Switch at this moment probably would not be a good idea considering the fact that Fire Emblem Warriors is the central focus for Intelligent Systems.
