Sometimes it’s hard to believe that the Persona  series has been around since the mid 90’s.  The very first game in the series entitled Persona Revelations was released for the PS1 back in September 1996.  Since the release of Persona Revelations Atlus has created an entire series that has been featured mainly on PlayStation consoles.  As far as the RPG genre is concerned many people feel that games in the series such as Persona 5 does not get the type of recognition that it deserves.

Since its worldwide release back in April 2017 many fans and critics have agreed that Persona 5 is probably one of the most underrated RPG titles of the 10’s so far.  Since its release Persona 5 had reportedly sold 1.5 million units worldwide in a short period time.  However, when it comes down to the RPG genre of gaming on the PS4 there are so many other games such as Final Fantasy XV and Horizon Zero Dawn to a point where titles such as Person 5 could be easily overshadowed.  Persona 5 is great game for the PS4 which will hopefully be ported for PlayStation Neo in the future.
