The Xbox Showcase of 2024 is something that everyone is talking about right now. One of the biggest things that we got from the most recent Xbox Games Showcase that everyone is talking about right now is the new Fable game. For those who do not know the Fable series has been around since 2004 the latest entry within the series that we got was Fable III from 2010. Unlike, the previous entries of the Fable series this upcoming game will not be developed by Lionhead Studios but it will be published by Playground Games. This upcoming Fable game is supposed to be a reboot of the series opposed to a direct sequel to the Fable III which came out almost fifteen years ago. The story for this upcoming Fable centers around the main protagonist named Humphry who is forced out of retirement to save the fictional town of Albion. The story focuses on a mysterious figure from his past that Humphry must confront. The trailer for the upcoming Fable looked impressive especially considering the fact that the series has been dead for over a decade.
The voice-acting, lightening and graphics for the new Fable game looked stunning and gave viewers a pretty good idea on what to expect prior to its release. We still have no idea on whether or not this upcoming Fable game will feature in-depth customization options. The customization features in the older Fable games were key features in older installments along with the choices that players made throughout the game. It was not made clear whether or not players will be able to create their own character either; which has people questioning whether or not Fable 2025 will be another standard action role-playing game. While Playground Games has a record on create successful games within the Forza series its questionable how the public will feel about the new Fable title since its original developers became defunct many years ago. An official release date for Fable 2025 has yet to be revealed but we do know that it will be appearing on Xbox Series X, Steam along with the Xbox Game Pass in the future.
