Recently, it has been announced that a new tactical role playing RPG title will be making its way to the Nintendo Switch sometime in the the near future. The visual presentation for Project Octopath Travler looks incredible especially considering the fact that it’s reminiscent of old school RPG titles from the 16-32 bit era.  

While everybody around the world will have to wait until 2018 for the official release of Project Octopath Traveler a demo of the game itself is supposed to be available in the eshop very soon.  Having games like Project Octopath Traveler for the Nintendo Switch are interesting because they grab the attention of retro gamers while introducing the new generation of gamers to the glory days of high quality 2.5D gameplay.  Considering the fact that the Nintendo Switch is still a new console Project Octopath Traveler can definitely be one of those games that would make people want purchase the Switch if they have not done so already.
