The fact that Mario Paint will not be featured on the SNES Classic is something that probably surprises many people. Mario Paint which was released for the SNES back in 1992 is probably one of the most creative Mario games of the 90’s. The idea of developing custom animation and music on a SNES video was something that was unheard of during the early 90’s.

In fact, Sega Genesis or the Mega Drive never had a game that was remotely like Mario Paint which made this game stand out even more during the 16 bit era. Despite, how fun Mario Paint was back in the 16 bit era its one of out of many games that deserve to be featured on the SNES Classic Edition.
