There is no doubt that the Phantasy Star series is one of the most legendary RPG’s in the gaming world.  But it seems like nowadays more people think about the MMORPG titles Sega has released in relation to the Phantasy Star series.  When Phantasy Star Collection was re-released for the Game Boy Advance in the early 00’s it was quite rare in America considering the the fact the Sega Saturn and PS2 ports were exclusive in Japan.  

Aside from Phantasy Star Online for the Sega Dreamcast it seems like the older games in the series were not quite as popular as they once were.  Besides there are probably more people who prefer to see Phantasy Star Online 2 released in America before seeing another re-release for Phantasy Star Collection.
