There are so many exciting titles to look forward to in June 2018 for multiple game consoles including the PlayStation 4. One of the many titles that will be appearing on the PlayStation 4 in a couple of days is a 2D Metroidvania game called Omega Strike. This game was developed by Woblyware and the game was accessible on Steam back in October 2017. The gameplay for Omega Strike is reminiscent of classic titles from the 90’s such as Super Metroid for the SNES which will definitely appeal to retro gamers from the 16 bit era.
Omega Strike gives players the chance to explore throughout an open ended world while trying to defeat the main antagonist Doctor Omega and his mutant armies. As players progress throughout the game they will have the ability to upgrade their weapons while being able to choose between multiple playable characters. This action platformer game will be released for the PS4 on June 12th and will also appear on the Xbox One in the near future. It will be interesting to see how popular Omaga Strike becomes throughout June 2018 following its release.
